Return Policy

  • Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our supplier. This process ensures that the item meets the return criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days after the supplier confirms receipt for the refund to be processed.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect item.

  • Refunds cannot be issued for items that do not meet the return criteria, including those damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order at support@voltris.co. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

  • Voltris is not responsible for delays in refunds caused by incomplete or incorrect return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays.
