Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@voltris.co with your order details. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Once your return request is approved, you will be required to ship the item directly to our supplier's designated return address, which will be provided to you.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Voltris reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above criteria, including items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

For returns due to defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such items.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Gift items can only be refunded to the original purchaser. If you received the item as a gift, please have the original receipt or order number ready.
